Today Savannah and Teruko were eating lunch at Subway and Savannah smiled and said "Hi" to this older gentleman who was also eating his lunch. He looked up and smiled and returned the nice gesture with a $10 bill for Savannah. That was a surprise!! She has always been so friendly to everyone and it is fun to see people's reactions when they are just passing by and a cute little girl reaches out and says "hi." It seems to brighten their day. Now that she knows she can earn cash, she's been doing it a lot more lately.
